After a quick Zoom meeting, my husband an I decided to work with her because of her transparent and thorough plan to walk us through this hectic process. Kai did CMA before putting our house on market, discuss and recommend us staging to help the selling went smoothly. Her partners with other services were quick-response, fair price and good services. Besides that, during the selling, we needed to hunt down a new house quickly because our rent-back was limited in time (highlighting Kai helped us to get 2-months FREE rent-back from the buyers which turns out give us less stressful time).
